The Brief — What Altanic Needed

Altanic Pharmaceutical Private Limited is not a generic medicine company. From day one, they set out to do something specific: build and market their own line of branded pharmaceutical formulations — GMP-certified, sourced through trusted third-party manufacturers, and delivered to wholesale buyers and healthcare businesses across India.

The challenge? A company this serious about quality and compliance needed a digital presence that matched.

They came to Web Assets with clear requirements:

  • A professional B2B pharmaceutical website that builds immediate trust with wholesale buyers
  • A complete product catalogue showcasing all 15 proprietary formulations (tablets, syrups, and more)
  • Individual product pages with images, formulation details, and enquiry functionality
  • A company story and About page that communicated their GMP credentials and mission
  • A blog section for publishing pharmaceutical industry content and improving SEO visibility
  • A clean, fast, mobile-responsive design appropriate for a regulated healthcare brand
  • Contact and enquiry system for B2B partnership requests
  • A design that reflected the brand identity: professional, clinical, and trustworthy

This was not a simple informational website. This was a digital storefront, a credibility asset, and a lead generation system — all in one.

The Challenge — What Made This Project Demanding

Pharmaceutical websites operate in a space where trust is everything. A poorly designed site does not just lose a sale — it loses a potential wholesale partner. Here is what made the Altanic build genuinely demanding:

  1. Regulatory Credibility Has to Come Through Visually

Altanic operates under GMP-certified manufacturing standards. That compliance and quality commitment needed to be visible and felt from the first second a wholesale buyer landed on the homepage. The design, copy, and structure all had to signal: this is a serious pharmaceutical company.

  2. 15 Products Across Multiple Categories

The product catalogue needed to be structured properly — not a flat list, but an organised, browsable catalogue with individual pages per product, high-quality product images, formulation details, and clear calls-to-action for enquiries. Each product page also needed to be SEO-ready to rank for relevant pharmaceutical search terms.

  3. B2B, Not B2C

This is a wholesale operation. The website needed to speak to pharmacies, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare distributors — not individual consumers. The language, user journey, and calls-to-action all had to be calibrated for a B2B buyer evaluating a long-term supply partner.

  4. Two Office Locations, One Clear Brand

Altanic operates from both Panchkula, Haryana (head office) and Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir (branch office). Both needed to be represented clearly for local SEO — especially for searches related to pharmaceutical distributors in J&K.

  5. SEO in a Competitive Industry

Pharmaceutical keywords are competitive nationally. However, at the local and regional level — “pharmaceutical company Pulwama”, “B2B pharma distributor Kashmir”, “GMP certified medicines J&K” — there is significant opportunity for a new brand to establish early dominance. Every page was built with this in mind from the start.

The Solution — How Web Assets Built It

We approached Altanic’s website the same way we approach every project: systems first, design second.

Before any development began, we mapped out:

  • The full site structure and page hierarchy
  • The product catalogue architecture (categories, product templates, image strategy)
  • The SEO keyword targets per page
  • The B2B buyer journey from landing to enquiry
  • The brand tone — clinical, trustworthy, professional

Then we built in phases:

Phase 1 — Brand Foundation

We selected and customised a pharmaceutical-specific WordPress theme framework, then rebuilt it to match Altanic’s brand identity. Colour palette, typography, header structure, and footer all aligned to the corporate brand. The result is a site that immediately reads as a legitimate pharmaceutical company — not a generic health website.

Phase 2 — Product Catalogue

Each of the 15 Altanic formulations got its own dedicated product page — Etoricoxib Tablets, Gee Joint, Lycotrop, Nervamat PG, OstoSir K27, Deflazacort, Alkazim, and every other product in the portfolio — individually structured with product images, formulation descriptions, and clear B2B enquiry paths. The catalogue is WooCommerce-powered, meaning it is fully manageable by the Altanic team without developer assistance.

Phase 3 — Content & SEO Architecture

Every page was built with SEO in mind from the ground up. Clean URL structure, optimised title tags, meta descriptions, and heading hierarchy throughout. Blog section set up and pre-populated with initial pharmaceutical content — covering GMP standards, B2B distribution advantages, and branded formulation strategy.

Phase 4 — Trust Signals

The About page was structured to communicate Altanic’s founding story, GMP certification, manufacturing philosophy, and team. The managing directors are featured by name and photo — because in B2B pharmaceutical sales, the people behind the brand matter as much as the products. Customer testimonials from wholesale partners were integrated on the homepage with a 99% satisfaction rate callout.

Phase 5 — Contact & Lead System

A dedicated Contact page with full enquiry form, phone number prominently displayed, both office addresses, and email contact. The header carries a persistent “Have Enquiry — Contact Us” bar so no wholesale buyer ever has to search for a way to reach the team.

Phase 6 — Performance & Mobile

The site was optimised for speed — compressed images, lean code, fast loading on mobile connections. Given that pharmacy owners and procurement managers frequently browse on mobile, this was non-negotiable.

The Result — What Altanic Launched With

On launch, Altanic Pharmaceutical had:

  • A fully operational B2B pharmaceutical website representing a private limited company
  • 15 individual product pages — all catalogued, imaged, and SEO-ready
  • Complete company story, team profiles, and GMP credentials communicated clearly
  • Blog with published pharmaceutical industry content
  • Dual office location presence (Haryana + J&K) for local SEO coverage
  • A professional contact and enquiry system built for wholesale partnerships
  • A mobile-responsive, fast-loading site appropriate for a regulated industry

The website now serves as Altanic’s primary business development asset — the first thing a potential wholesale partner sees, and the platform that will generate enquiries as organic search visibility grows.

What This Project Proves

At Web Assets, we understand that different industries have different rules.

A pharmaceutical website is not a fashion brand website. It cannot afford to look amateur. It cannot afford slow load times, broken product pages, or thin content. The buyers visiting this site are making significant procurement decisions — and the website is their first signal of whether Altanic is a company worth doing business with.

We built Altanic’s site to pass that test — on design, on content, on compliance communication, and on search engine visibility.

If you run a pharmaceutical company, healthcare business, medical distributor, or regulated-industry brand — and you need a website built to professional standards — this is the kind of work we do at Web Assets.
